Cost and Insurance

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT: Our providers share the philosophy that long-term weight management requires more than basic weight management services (generally covered by health insurance). We support a holistic approach that lets our providers spend more quality time building personal relationships with our patients, providing monthly body composition scans, and managing the non-medical care coordination needed to lose weight successfully.

 

If you intend to use your health insurance to cover your medical needs, please confirm that our providers are in your health insurer's network. We will bill your health insurance according to customary procedures for these services.

All our practice members will have free access to our AI food logging program. We track calories, macro and micronutrients, and water by taking pictures of the food you are about to eat. We share this information with our practice to support nutritional assessments.

 

We also offer cash services for those who prefer not to use health insurance.

MENOPAUSE CARE: Please note that our menopause care is separate from our weight management practice. Visits are billed through insurance, with no additional care management fees, and we accept most insurance plans.

PRACTICE FEE: To be a member of our practice (insurance or cash-based), we charge $15 per month or $120 annually. This applies to all patients except patients with Medicaid insurance. Our practice fee provides unrushed appointments, personalized, attentive care, small provider-patient panels, fast weekday text support, and 48- 72-hour follow-up appointments when needed.
